The show date is Saturday April 24th from 12-4. The Rain Date is May 1st 12-4. (April 21st is the latest date that the rain date will be used, please check your email and the website)The show will be held in the back of the Wilkes University Student Union Building (SUB). This is going to be another great event for this year, thank you all for attending and for your feedback, and to all who havent heard or attended the ASME Car Show, it is a great event and this year will absolutely be bigger, have more prizes and awards, more cars and be overall better than previous years. This year expect PLENTY OF NEW CARS, more food, new shirts, more sponsers, and a large variety of music.

THIS YEAR HELP US GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY BY BRINGING GENTLY USED CLOTHING FOR THE WILKES' ANNUAL CLOTHING DRIVE

We will also be taking donations for the Matt Zukoski Scholarship Fund. Matt passed away January 31st, 2009 and was professor at Wilkes University of Mathematics and Computer Science, he was just 45.

if you are new to the Wilkes ASME Car Show, you may be wondering why Wilkes is having a car show. Wilkes University is actually not having the car show, this car show was created by a few motorhead students that are part of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and attend Wilkes University. The entire show is organized and planned by students and was a great success the past two years. All of the sponsors that have been gathered for the past two years have been of great help and great enthusiasm to the show. This year will not dissapoint, repeat sponsors (which have now turned to friends) as well as new sponsors will be contributing to the show. There are some donations given by these sponsers, giveaways and attendence mostly, but it is extremely appreciated by all of ASME. To help pay for prizes and shiirts, ASME and Wilkes Student Government contributed to the event and helped pay for these things. This year will be no different and there will be many giveaways, prizes, music (i promise this years music will be better), tons of sponsors and cars.
